Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods, we are unable to accept returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product to help us investigate the issue with our couriers.
- 3.Quality Assessment
Our kitchen team will review your claim immediately to determine if a replacement or a full refund is the appropriate solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either rush a fresh batch of cookies to your door or process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
